Happy Holidays everyone!

I planned my holiday days off at work around rehab and inspection work.

Celebrate holidays, bdays, and milestones together.To encourage collaboration, support, etc, start every team call/meeting with having each team member mention a 'win' that they had recently as well as a challenge they're facing... with the right mix of people, you should see your agents jumping at the chance to share advice/info and cheer one another on.

We prefered to be strict in the beginning then relax as they got older. 

I knew I wouldn't quite be 'done' in 90 days (especially since my term ended during the holidays) and the Mastery program does provide additional resources so the value is there and I expect to continue for at least 2-3 more months. 

Or are vacationers trending elsewhere for the holiday weekend?

No leads so far.This is summer where most of the students are either off on holidays or have an apartment.It is a 1 bed, 1 bath.

I booked a place for 5 adults and 1 child (16 y/o) plus 2 dogs a couple months ago because of it being the holiday weekend.  

The house larger 3 br sometimes have guests, esp during the holidays & usually chilly here.
