I would note that Bass also has been betting for Japanese bond yields to increase for the last half decade, and Japanese 10yr just went negative yield, so record is not perfect, just like me ;)@Matt R., I agree interest rates are very hard to call.

If you have a 1980's split level that just needs a $20k "refresh" but is otherwise totally inhabitable, a bank can lend on that assuming it will be a primary residence or you have enough money down to qualify for an investment loan (30% typically).

Hello guys,I purchased a subscription to Agentpro247 yesterday and before purchasing a list I am putting together I decided to cross check the leads with the county record.For the county I am targeting AgentPro247 shows they refreshed the records on 4/22/2016..today is 5/12.
