We immediately pondered on the possibility of having our case heard.

My real mistake was I did not take time to ponder and did not ask investor friends to compare the options with me.

I have seen these properties and pondered investing into them, but have decided against it due to distance, potential for crime, etc.

From a syndication standpoint, y just to give u some ideas to ponder, you and your managing partner could set this up so that you two are the GPs (General Partner) and the other two investors could be considered LPs (Limited partners).

This leads me to start pondering how I can best create a system for when I start scaling so I can make resolving repairs and issues as cost effectively and efficiently as possible.
