Hire a few off duty police officers to sit in front of that building (and consistently drive by often) a few hours a day completing paperwork, running license plates, and basically making the swinging by “the pharmacy apartment” a risk.

You do not want to pay XX for the site and find out certain tenants at higher rents do not want it and you are left  with lower per sq ft tenants.If this is STNL pharmacies, national gas stations, and banks pay the most for corners.
