I have not even explained everything with the pharmacies.

Hire a few off duty police officers to sit in front of that building (and consistently drive by often) a few hours a day completing paperwork, running license plates, and basically making the swinging by “the pharmacy apartment” a risk.

You do not want to pay XX for the site and find out certain tenants at higher rents do not want it and you are left  with lower per sq ft tenants.If this is STNL pharmacies, national gas stations, and banks pay the most for corners.

I have a good client who owns a freestanding CVS pharmacy that they've had for probably 12 years.

My son manages a Pharmacy & many of those not paying taxes or born here pay $2 co-pays for everything prescribed.

Sales declined at grocers, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and stores that sell hobby items and home furnishings.

Walked to an all-night pharmacy in spite of being warned, "Señor, no white people wanna be walking around here this time of night."

I'm a student in Clinton, SC (near Greenville) getting my doctorate in pharmacy.

My plan for now is to just work as an uber/lyft driver until I get a pharmacy tech job(not so into working for anyone but will do it) along with doing real estate on the side.
