Do the cleaners make more money if there is a pet? 

Hey, I’m considering going pet friendly.

For example, I mention that every adult must pay a $30 application fee, pass my credit/criminal background, make a combined income of 3x the rent, and whether or not the property accepts pets.

I would also make sure to add addenda regarding pets and furnishings, and make sure of course that any HOAs allow flexible leasing.

You are NOT paying for our labor and materials , its much more than that , office staff , trucks , tools , insurance , taxes , benefits , health insurance , etc are all part of the price .

Or that health insurance is increasing due to increased cost of healthcare, so no inflation to report there.

Were there any pets?

Is it just not my worry what their income is since the voucher covers the rent, or is my concern that if they only have about $950/month then they won’t properly be able to maintain their pets and their standard of living valid?

I pay all utilities and make them pet friendly.  

Have a family member whose health is rapidly declining.
