The son has two misdemeanors for marijuana possession from 2011 and 2012.

In my first year as a property manager, I had a dead tenant, a live rat in a toilet bowl, a marijuana dealer in one of my units (not legal here yet), rats in the attic, a flooded crawlspace...I could go on and on.

The condo association might also want to stipulate what kind of business you run there with the sale of the land (in an effort to prevent you from opening a noisy bar or medical marijuana shop). 

hey bp, im in the process of getting my license for real estate in texas. i have two charges that are both misdemeanors, one of them i am currently on probation for. i had a theft charge in 2014 that was a class b but lowered to a class C, and a possession of marijuana charge in 2015 that is a class b. i am willing to provide all the information necessary and will coorperate with the commission in whatever way they need me to. i own up to my actions and dont make excuses although i know sometimes that may not be enough. will this bar me from getting my license?

California has approved the DHS area for commercial Marijuana farming which believe it or not is a good thing.  

Also, ironic is the fact that land and housing prices are shooting up because of the Marijuana farming that has been approved for DHS and Coachella Valley.
