For your #5, NOL rules have been changed to where they can be carried forward indefinitely now, but there is no carryback anymore (except for farming) and the deduction is limited to 80% ATI (100% pre-2021).

(I say that as my BIL rents good farm land for less than 20% of that, and you could buy the land for $8k/acre. 

This house has a lot of history, being one of the first farm houses in the area.

If you're working in an area with extremely high labor prices, but low housing prices, you may want to revisit your farm area. - Don't just have your contractors sign the contract, especially the handymen and small time companies.

Other examples which fall under this second category is adding storage units on the property or leasing space to a utility company for solar panel farming or other similar uses.

Has mentioned multiple times his teak farm in Belize.I am sure I have read others that I cannot think of at the moment.  

There is also a MTR area out by World Equestrian Center and some mini farm rentals which do well.
