Those outfits that are typically characterized as providing free legal aid for tenants are really supposed to be neutral and work to find a resolution that works for both of you.

They will typically be smaller outfits (sometimes just one person) who don't have a lot of overhead, are accustomed to working with investors and who charge as much as 50% below what the larger guys will charge.The reason they can afford to charge less is because, since they are working for investors, they typically won't bid jobs they don't get -- no tire kickers -- and they typically will get repeat business from the same investors.

If you're in a rough area, you're better off spending the money on cage for the A/C than on insuring it IMO.Saying that, I used Lloyd pro group out of Atlanta, they are a Nationwide dealer that does other companies and a huge outfit, you can give them a call and see what your options are.
