I’m thinking about switching to MTR/LTR with furniture included.

Unlike your rental, my rental is in Orlando in a gated resort, so there are less outdoor space but lots of community facilities.

You have to use one of two PMs you have to use the approved furniture package and you cannot customize anything.

The highest performing properties are typically 5 bedroom +, luxury spaces or are new builds with great amenity's with updated outdoor spaces.
