I've used the search feature on this forum but didn't have much luck.Are there any US investors, hard money lenders, or groups that invest in flips outside of the United States, specifically in Europe (Netherlands, Spain, etc.)?

Navy Federal does HELOCs on investment properties…not sure if LLC is OK…and rates are in the 10.75% range for an investment HELOC in March of 2024.

However, what is far more important for financial freedom is the location/city where you invest.The city where you invest is far more important than the current interest rate.

This can provide additional capital for future investments and get the next one.Or evaluating other loan options:Depending on your long-term plans, you could explore conventional loans or portfolio loans that might offer more favorable rates or terms with the new appraisal value factored in.Your decision depends on your broader strategy.

I'm going to have a floor guy take a look to be sure, but let's assume I can't re-sand and I'll either have to put new flooring over the old original floors or just tell the next prospective tenant, that's how the floors will be, which lowers the appeal of a very rentable apartment.
