You'll have to read the details in your PPM and Capital Call notice but generally you send in more money to maintain or decrease, but never increase, your original position, It's not like putting money into a losing stock where you now own more of the company for a lower average price.You're far from the only person this has happened to.

Just sent them a rent increase notice every year.

.: I haven't really noticed any change at all in my market except minor changes to the standard contracts (minor language changes in contract to buy and sell, listing agreement, and buyer's agency agreement). 

However, even issuing a five-day notice can be an important step before filing.

Generally I start the nagging emails and texts after about the 15th of the month and depending on the response I deliver notice by the 18th.

@Grace Chee The process for this is time sensitive, you should have gotten a TRIM notice around late August, early September.

Do not think you can get a hotel room during Semana Santa (Easter Week) with no notice!  

Without rent control i either raise their rent far above market rents so they give me notice (my preferred method) or i simply do not renew their lease.

I’ve noticed that most of the listings on that site in SF have average at best pics which i was shocked by (I’m sure this is not your wife).
