There are countless "newbies" who wholesale part-time and have done 1-2 deals their first year.

the only ones that make this work are LAWYERS and PRIVATE Detective type companies .. the only ONE"S making money on this are these guys just dusting off OLD material joining the modern SM craze to suck in newbies that think they found some new system  LOL.. 

When I returned, she was fully on board and ready to dive in.I was hoping to get some real-life examples like this because I see a lot of newbies that are gung ho, but don't think about this and then they are getting married and already not on the same page about the financial future.

Instead these newbie assignors simply follow some guru's advice who likely has even less knowledge of state laws than the trainee assignor.

You'll get a lot of these at first because scammers prey on newbies.  

I used to help in the newbie forums honestly years ago.

With this approach, I can very easily vet borrowers (no newbies unless partnering with an experienced investor for example) and focus on those that meet my criteria.   

May have some dumb "newbie" questions at first, but a fast learner and expect to do well.
