I constantly get great reviews often comments of how clean the cabin is.

I can see buyers jumping at that if rates are at all near present rates.

Let's just say compliance officers have a hard enough time educating their employers about compliance, so educating investors who don't already know about it, nearly impossible.  

For example I am near old town alexandria and the businesses are 200 year old row homes and there is no place to put ramps to get in establishments and door openings are not wide enough, but that is because they also could never comply.

Your best bet is to go to real estate networking events near those areas and talk to those who have invested in those areas.Best of luck!

Install cameras and exterior lighting on timers, place no trespassing signs, and place items that indicate occupancy - like a BIG dog bowl near the front door, shoes, etc. 

I just happen to live near a STR in Alexandria all of a sudden lol.Some of these are ridiculous, especially the one-hour fix.

It's near where I live though.
