Help with tenant shared driveway

The driveway is 'Y' shaped, very narrow from the street to the back, then both houses have their own parking area in the back.The issue he is having is the other homeowner is 'accidentally' leaving nails, screws, and other puncture problem items on the driveway with alarming regularity.

I don’t think you can narrow down Cincinnati by zip codes and more have to focus on the area as some zip codes can have a variety of areas.

Where open floor plan looks especially awkward is when the living room is already narrow from side to side and goes straight back into kitchen like a train car.
