Even before the NFL announcement the city has had some nice momentum going for it between the forum, future rail line and Wilson Meany master plan redevelopment at the former Hollywood racetrack.

We meet every week so there is always an opportunity to make another meeting if you missed a date - I set it up that way so that we could keep up the momentum and also give the members a chance to see each other on a more regular basis to build rapport - leading to stronger relationships and  potential partnerships.

Obviously try to find a better option that that but the numbers are to good to pass up assuming you can keep the momentum going. 

These things tend to go on momentum and with Boeing, Daimler, and Volvo lighting the kindling that area should be a good one for future growth.  

After taking the aggressive approach for a long time, we are now realizing that too much momentum makes it easier to stumble.

I know it sounds silly but you have to build some momentum and make some connections.

We also have relatives in Enders Park neighborhood, which is still strong, but they are fighting off the crime North of Lisbon.I believe the area has momentum in the right direction with all of the commercial influx on North Ave.

Being that the energy industry is at a 20 year low, now is the best time to invest in it and catch the inevitable upwards momentum.

But one can predict near future based on raw basic data.The costs of housing in the SF Bay Area have risen to such a level that it is expensive and difficult to lure professionals to the Bay Area even as the exodus picks up momentum.

Unfortunately this seems like one of the only viable options for me because of financial restrictions, but that's why I'm looking for any other creative ideas that anyone has so I can speed up my momentum and acquisition rate.
