What about the plumber that stops a flooding leak on a Sunday morning or the HVAC tech that fixes a furnace under a crawl space in the middle of a freezing night?

Interesting updateThis morning I recieved an email from the Josh Group, with a link to a case study of an awesome HUD, I clicked the link http://youtu.be/SvSIycTRj78...and then I recall seeing that same video over a year ago from them.

Gator method and PCS; hubs and I had a meeting w/ PCS this morning and didn't need all the LLC creation and such so we jumped to the 'Corporate Financial Program' - already sounds VERY ambiguous... 

Best case is they get a free meal and walk away with a lot of valuable information.
