We slowly walked through all Gordon's "Module 10" videos with a pen and paper, pausing and rewinding often.

I have another module setup for "Touches" or follow-up when I call them.I won't touch the original excel sheet unless:1) I get another original call2) I decided to remail the list - in which I will save a 2nd file and delete the names that I already talked to.I should mention Podio is free (yes there is a premium aspect but most can get away just fine with it).  

I was going through Module 5: How to Find Real Estate Deals and it teaches various rules such as the 2% test, the 50% rule, and the 70% rule. 

The modules are challenging, the production guidelines are hard to achieve, the final exam is brutal and the final portfolio is not easy to put together which ensures the integrity of the designation and reinforcement of the education.

I did attend demo's for Propertyware, Rent Manager, Yardi - most of these are not that user friendly although they are bit more flexible in-terms of providing custom functionality, but get's expensive with all those optional modules!

So i was looking around some websites and i found a few things.However, i thought it is best to ask the BP Community's  input.I am Based in NYC ( i travel to Long Island and some rare times Upstate NY )I know if  i want to pursue this field of choice, a few things will be required of me such as:E & O /G L insurancetake the 5 module course (140 hours here in NYS)tools of the trade $600possible set up of an LLC Business Clothing Apparel/Business Materials ; Business Cards, Heavy self promotionmy questions are as follows for those professionals in the industry;Is this an Independent self employed Business?

You can zip through the modules you remember and spend more time on the modules that are a little hazy.
