Upon separating from the military, capital became a constraint.

I remember two years ago before I retired from the military another higher ranked service member wanting to meet on a Sunday afternoon to discuss for hours how he could get into STRs.

I only went there originally because the military ordered me to.

I cannot speak for Nampa, but I am origianlly from Huntsville and work with investors in the area who focus on mid/long term rentals targeted towards military families.

If you are destined for a military retirement, then perhaps this isn't a big deal.

I used to work near SW Military and New Laredo highway in a low income area and absolutely loved it.

This is of course for a primary home but its a great way to get into the game similar to VA - Military 100%.

So, active duty military, big pharmacy salesman, contractor, or just a traveling trust fund kid, where you are gone the majority of each year but still consider “x-city” to be your primary home/place of return, you’ll be stripped of your license.
