Ask to speak with some of their current owners and current/former tenants.

If course maybe there’s a Keller Williams agent that could speak on that particular item for clarification.As a buyer/investor that has done much of our own marketing over the years, there has been a handful of properties that we have wholesale.

Speak with couple hard money lender there are plenty lenders that are local and knows the market.

Her communication was abysmal, was only ever able to speak to her once on the phone.

At a minimum,  you should understand what the current zoning is and what restrictions there are.As the post above mentioned reaching out or going in person to speak with the planning and zoning department will be very helpful.

I’m more a fan of Boone rather than Asheville (in NC speak) - the smaller, more authentic mountain experience rather than the touristy mountain regions.
