I would trade REI for another business in a heartbeat if I could find something I was halfway as good at (and that was half-way as profitable).In the meantime I watch my business like a hawk, pray no Black Swan comes swimming along, and never fail to buy a weekly lottery ticket in hopes of a stress-free and early retirement.
