Canyon county is booming as well and though great cash flow is harder to find there than it was a year ago, I'd say it's easier to find cash flow there than it is in Ada county right now.

I don't think ESAs have the same protections under ADA or Fair Housing laws....but I encourage you to check.Now, let's say the answer is yes the State, County or City does prevent you from taking a "pet deposit," there is nothing that prevents you from requiring a higher security deposit....unless of course there is...LOL.

(If they know the names of the correct tools and can tell you the details of what they have like nail guns and their gauges, and can bring them, they might actually know what they are doing somewhat) BTW, our framer used mostly nails ad a hammer; old school but he had a nice variety of different saws.
