Lets face it, ill be out of the country for months and even years at a time trying to juggle a real estate investment/business.

@J Scott@Stephen ChittendenI would have to agree that trying to juggle my personal job on top of fixing an apartment should go to the professionals when it comes to the rehab.

I was juggling three houses and forgot about checking  on the other one.

Sure, moving can suck, but it can also be exciting, as that would be the start of a new adventure and you wouldn't have such a hard time juggling things.

@Bryan C.How are you able to juggle real estate investing while your stationed overseas?

I think for anyone trying to start out in the REI world it is definitely a lesson in desire, persistence, and willingness to go the long haul, for those of you that have made it and have made it while juggling a job and family, and keeping up with the day to day.

Another juggles of guiding questions would be,"Why do I need to set my goals?

You need to be fair and understand that any contractor is juggling multiple jobs trying to keep their schedule full.....if you need to reschedule due to delays or unexpected issues, don't expect that the contractor can accommodate whatever date you need....you'll have to get together to make something work. 

NO juggling this type of mess. 

Because the workload is substantial—with an extensive variety of tasks to juggle—it’s vital to an investor’s success to be disciplined, not only with regard to their profession, but all aspects of their life.
