We received a judgement that it was dismissed  and the Rent Bureau shows nothing on my SSN but I was stuck in a crappy situation that is ruining my life!

I actually have two clients right now seeking some evaluations due to flooding (we have had CRAZY rain the last month!)

Dolev,I would suggest trying to get the judgement.  

Winter came and since then the rental unit has flooded every time it’s rained.

We got a 1 star review because it rained all weekend and they could not enjoy the beach. 

I’m pretty sure their business is organized to make them judgement proof in case of a lawsuit. . 

Can there be a judgement at least out him for misrepresentation or no?

a dozen or more times.Bad surprises - The basement flooded, which meant water got into and messed up the furnace in late December, crazy rain and windstorms meant water getting through the new roof and leaking into the ceilings, a family of skunks found their way underneath the house, joists in the basement were cut out for a water line, which needed some structural repair before the bathroom could be completed.  

It is not unheard of for Lake Havasu City to only rain once a year, so people started doing not-so-smart things like building houses in the bottom of washes, and then they were shocked when they would finally have a decent monsoon and get hit with a flash flood. 

I went through her Facebook, and turns out she runs a CPN business (credit profile number, for those who may not be familiar... people use fake names and SSNs, and credit profiles enroute to obtaining housing, cars, credit cards, etc.).I'm very bummed because I was gathering contractor quotes to have these damages added as judgements that could be garnished from her paycheck by the state, and now we've hit a dead end.
