Long story shorter:  Yesterday I did have an appraiser come out who specializes in manufactured home appraisals. 

So our standard two story is 9ft on both levels. our single levels are 10ft and higher with large vaults and really cool beams in the great room and the primary.. 

Especially as just about every big name on BP has shared various stories of having done exactly that through the stages of there career.

The floorplan I'm interested has a slab foundation, 2 story, 6844sqft (1711sqft/unit), 3br/2.5th, garage, and W/D. 

All of my buildings are three stories.

Either ranch or two story.  

My numbers on that property are good now, although it took a year for me to sort out exactly what we wanted to do with it. 700k duplex, single story, about 2,500 sq ft total building size. 1500 sq ft for the 3 bed/2 bath with pool and 1,000 sq ft 2/1 small private yard on the other. 

I am guessing there is still a large part of this story that is still missing.
