Personally, I think a lot of it boils down to if a broker can hold an intelligent conversation as to the loan process, required documents, what the lender charges and when, etc.Anyone who has been in the CRE finance sector for any amount of time should be able to talk with a reasonable degree of confidence, and knowledge, about whatever they're offering.The loan process, and requirements, differ from program to program.

Ryan on the other hand, had command of the issues, was RESPECTFUL, INTELLIGENT, and had IDEAS to solve the issues the country is facing.

You are obviously motivated, organized, and intelligent - so you have the intangibles!

I plan to do this with a partner who has great construction knowledge and is a very business intelligent person who I believe will be great to team up with and learn the processes.

I have a couple of friends who recently graduated from MIT and Harvard and what fascinates me about them (and their classmates) is not their intelligence, but rather their desire to absorb information from people around them.
