@Tori Roy, I can’t point you to the court records, but I remember learning that anti-trust laws prevent NAR from limiting MLS access to Realtors.I think the solution for you is a no-frills, no-desk-fee broker plus signing up for your local MLS without joining the Realtor board attached to it.I’d suggest doing a little googling, then calling your local Realtor board and inquiring (dare I say “badgering”) them about buying MLS access without joining.Good luck!

I almost went for the Platinum package, but when I inquired more on complete details about what it covers, and if it would all encompass tax assistance, CPA, legal advice, transfer my IRA's into a QRP, etc. for the price of $2995/year and $35/month, they said NO.

Reach out to hospital administration: Contact the administration office of the hospital and inquire about their housing needs.

Be aware, there are a lot of scammers inquiring about listings and submitting fake docs.

It depends on how many investors have inquired about the property before you and your place in line.

its a hard call. everyone started with no reviews at some point. you could inquire as to purpose of their trip, etc and see if any warning bells go off. ive had a few guests stay with no reviews and no problems, but the law of averages says it will happen at some point

Frankly my reply is a bit insulting and for some reason they never reply back or even inquire as to why I think they are unsophisticated (I suspect they have recently likely been duped into purchasing some old data list from some other party).

they can certianly  request/ inquire if this an  option .
