One more thing that has bothered me for a long time, and no one seems to make it a priority: why are we as investors so impressed by the $$ made by the caller first?

During my internet search for better property management for the Atlanta area, I found Home365 and was impressed with their pitch by phone.

I just get the impression that it isn't really worth their time and they wont manage nearly as well as you would but I could be wrong and I'm sure there's a 1/1000 pms who treat the management professionally regardless of the number of units.
