I took my realtors advice and expanded my search to include SF homes, but the margin is always smaller, and it's a real needle in a haystack to find deals, and of course they get snatched up quick, same problem.

The study could also identify the opportunity to capture additional benefits such as dispositions, and repair and maintenance expenditures.

Just ensure to complete necessary due diligence - this can include, but is not limited to, title search, property inspection, appraisal and/or survey. 

If they don't have reviews after searching that's a bit of risk.

I don't know exactly for sure, but after I call Airbnb CS and have them search for my listing, I get a booking request in the next day or two.
