The little "lock" icon next to the username field lets me access my LastPass app (a password manager).

Zach, if you see the icon that looks like a bell next to your profile picture (top right), there should be a dropdown where you can set up keyword alerts. 

@Adam Pickett, when you click profile from the dropdown in the top right, and then hover over the icon, does it not say "update your profile photo"?
