I humble myself to be a student everyday is a new learning experience for me Although because I am very new to Real Estate investing, I have a lot of ideas and goals I want to set for myself.I want to get hands on into flipping my First project soon.

Some States require that to be professionally mitigated and if not, You can be held liable for years after you sell it if not done properly- Plus you will have to disclose you had mold and how you mitigated it.My humble opinion- Walk away with the spread you are currently getting.

Hello all, anyone know a reliable, honest roofer, I am ready to sell my rental home and want to get as many bids as possible. I did already get one estimate for $6300. Is this a good price for a 1630 sq ft home?

Its an inspiring story and I have known others that have worked like a dog all their life with little to show for it at retirement, mainly because they consistently put some money aside via a "financial planner" which is a euphemism for "bookie" in my humble opinion.  

Secondly, in my humble opinion, you can get the most knowledge networking and interacting with seasoned investors.

I set my business relationship with foreigners as a humble guide and advisor.
