I tried this few years ago and I remember experience was horrible.

I have a horrible HOA.

These have horrible rates and fees compared to a true commercial loan, but they close faster, and are more flexible on that DSCR.

And, the one tube you mentioned... those with a flex type tube, are horrible!

Then that’s a horribly deceptive practice by local solar companies.

Yikes - that sounds like a horrible experience.Make sure that you collect any IRS / State notice that you receive with a penalty and forward it to them requesting reimbursement.Best of luck to you !
