It's the Wild West right now.

To be honest, on over 100 building permits last year in the City of Chicago, with many of them having some form of enclosed porch, I think only 2 were ever mentioned by the Department of Zoning where they brought it up as a "Concern" which led us on a wild goose chase of finding and sharing information, overally causing unnecessary delay to the permit review process and eventually coming to a close (some positive, some negative).

I love Queens and I love New York but some things here are so backwards.It is WILD to look the other way from negative behavior and punish those who defend themselves and their possessions.

Plus their rental projections are generally wildly inflated.

A matter of fact I have one lender that offers a low money down lown and NO PMI which is wild.

That's just wildely unrealistic. 

It varies wildly by state, county and city. 

This is neither decent nor legal in many states.Yeah that's wild.

Not so fun fact, this is a wild “side-effect” of high interest rates, that our young generation will have to shoulder.
