It's another planet compared to the eastern seaboard munis.  

I think I have been stuck in a grass is greener attitude where I thought I could probably sell for 350 and find a better lot (location, bigger).

It accepts what you say as the truth.The most amazing thing about "Law of Attraction" The entire planet agrees on how it works and it's existence.

You will find a wealth of information here in the forums, podcasts and blogs.Before looking for "greener pastures" look in your own back yard first.

The nicest turnkey property I ever bought, that was the only turnkey in history that I've seen literally with only two small items found in the inspection (I mean, we're talking outlet cover level items here), I bought from the biggest turnkey jerk on the planet.

Claiming they made $200,000 on some deal isn't applicable to what they present.....here's why;What I did or do can not be reproduced by anyone else on the planet, each deal in RE is different, buyer and seller circumstances, personalities, financing, capital structures, the market, the location as well as other current aspects will never be duplicated.

Given it appears to be listed for what renovated comps are, I wouldn't bother working on this one and move on to greener pastures.
