Are you too busy to get a furnishing checklist (BiggerPockets has one, and there are many) and get everything set up?

Property already owned, we used cash for renovation and furnishing.

I own 3 furnished rentals/STRs in downtown Mystic, CT, and have been running Airbnbs there for the last 3 years.

I have a furnished 3BR 2 BA house in Raleigh NC that I'm renting MTR as a whole house.

Hello:I am looking into listing my Single family home (1 Bed/1 Bath + shared living space/kitchen) on Furnished Finder for traveling professionals (likely nurses).

I've furnished these rentals to maximize income with midterm rentals.

So they could give a better idea of costs for repairs as well as new furnishings etc. that may be required.

I Currently own 8 piece of real estate. 7 long term rentals. 1 str that is currently in the furnishing stages.  

And if they were renting, I gotta think they'd be looking to buy a home eventually and they'd know they'd need to pay less for rent so they could save money to buy.One thing you could consider is possibly looking at furnishing it and making it an STR or MTR. 

Tons of competition out here especially in Scottsdale so I stay out of areas with a ton of competition because I don't want to pay a premium on the purchase and then have to spend a ton more to furnish to keep up with the other STR's in the area.I bought mine in the cities close to where people want to be, but still far enough away that I could afford a bigger house.
