I spent the next week with a picture of Charlie Brown just missing the football as my fb profile picture!

It has good school systems and as a college town it has a intellectual vibe, except on football and basketball home game dates!

Seemed to me that Brandon and David weren’t quite sure what to do with him so they threw him softballs and countered with tepid responses.

It was a good move as it is generating ~$200 per month from the tenant and in a very good area to rent out for weekend Notre Dame Football home games in the fall.My wife works for a commercial real estate firm and is licensed and I am looking to get licensed as well to make the process more seamless.
