I swear if these tenants are flushing wipes or tampons (or some such item) I will be livid!!!!

Most elderly people are responsible and won't trash your place, hold wild parties, flush tampons and toys down the toilet, etc.

I called a plumber company - rotor rooter, the technician was able to get some stuffs out but not all, those stuff were a combination of tampons and wipes, while the tenants agreed to use the wipes instead of toilet paper his wife denied flushing tampons down the bathroom. 

Have them run their water, flush their toilets, run their laundry and turn on their air-conditioners during the due diligence process. 2.

When those deals sell they are flush with cash but then they put it into another one or two or three and then they are tight again. 

3 - Internal damage: Again avoiding the possible vandalism issue... but along the lines of what happens if a sink is left on or a toilet is flushed and overflows... causing property damage? 

The tenants on the property i'm looking to buy are reporting that they need to add water to the toilet after use in order to get it to flush and often that results in water coming up from the bathtub. 

I also feel that he wouldn’t really have a reason to flush anything he was using unless law enforcement was present.  

The FED will flush the market with money, the goverment will do everything possible and necessary to keep the economy on live support as long as we have to isolate.
