@Jantzen HenryHouse-hacking is possibly in Jacksonville(its possible in all areas really).There are some large SFH's that you can buy, live in one bedroom and rent out the rest.I would recommend getting atleast a ratio of 2/1 bedroom/bathroom ratioThere are some duplex/triplex/quad's scattered around the city.
