As the never ending fishing for leads continues, what software for leads would you recommend and why?

Walkable, heated garage, nice building.Is it nuts to contemplate these days?  

Along with a vibrant art scene, restaurants & easy walking it attracts year-round visitors seeking fly fishing, white water rafting, kayaking, skiing & snowboarding that is off the beaten path..

A side note, at least in my area, ground wires must be green wire nutted together and one through the top to the ground screw.
