This development, spanning nearly 6 square miles, promises to create thousands of jobs, generate economic activity, and transform the local economy.

But, all of the areas around there are starting to develop as well.

So they started doing the loans that everyone else turned down, ultra high risk development deals, second mortgages, land loans at ridiculously high LTV, loans where the borrower has none of his own capital invested, 85% of AFTER stabilized value loans.  

He is completing some residential developments in Denver, NC currently.
