He decided to “walk away” from his investment and executed a deed in lieu of foreclosure.  

I do not have the capital at the moment to invest into any type of real estate but i am starting a new job in August and want to develop a plan, therefore i can jump in and execute when I have the available capital. 

Are they an executive, an employee on 6-month business travel, etc.?

I would think trying to get the lender to execute one would be exhaustive

@Bryce Jamison Any suggestions on how I can find companies such as Coca-Cola, Delta Airlines, etc to rent my property for their senior executives as mid-term rentals?
