I think people like to talk themselves into properties to HOPE it will turn out okay.Now are there exceptions out there?

A lease is very much like a deed except that it transfers only certain rights to the property and only for a specific period of time.

@Spencer ManningYour other questions were answered except for last one.S8 vouchers are for a specific number of bedrooms and rent amounts.So, a S8 tenant must find a property with rent that does not exceed their voucher amount.This stops S8 tenants from renting Class A properties and most Class B.Currently, Fair Housing does NOT protect source of income, so unless a state or local government has passed a law stating otherwise, landlords do NOT have to accept S8 vouchers.

This way you can refinance out all of your cash and hard money positions.Whether or not it will "cashflow" has nothing to do with BRRRR (except for maybe "repeating"!).

Other than that, I'm not sure what to recommend except maybe team up with Lynnbrook for payments outside Airbnb.
