Mia,Lake Marion and Santee get around 100k visitors a year and aside form the Lake, you have a lot of Golf enthusiasts coming to stay for the short and long term. 

This is my introduction forum and I’m enthusiastic to participate to learn as much as I possibly can from everyone here in BiggerPockets.Over the years, I have purchased several residential multifamily properties and moving forward I want to continue to grow my real estate portfolio into multifamily commercial properties (5-50 units).

Over the next three weeks I probably showed the house to 20 potential tenants, some of whom were very enthusiastic, but I only received one application.At this point my options were to accept the lone applicant or lower the asking price and try again.

And we ask that our clients stick with us during this period of transition - we know you don't owe us your patience, by any means, but we sure do appreciate it :)Now, while I absolutely agree that we need to do a better job on increasing our communication efforts, I will note that one of the reasons you will often see complaints about communication frequency on BP (not about Spartan in particular, just in general it's a topic that comes up a lot), is because it tends to be the primary issue for new investors, who are also some of the most vocal and enthusiastic participants on the forums, since they're excited to learn and get started on a new adventure.

What is frustrating to me is that during my early enthusiastic analysis all the notes seem to be priced like winners.

I think this is great to see what other customers like/dislike, so I'll just vent a little...I loved that a former PM would always answer my calls with a great big enthusiastic greeting and make sure to get on everything I needed.

They are enthusiastic though, aren't they.

Lol   That shoud really speak up for my serious intention to succeed as a real estate investor and reach my goals mainly in BRRR and Flipping houses.I am new to real estate investing and look forward to meet other enthusiastic investors, advisers, contractors, mentors, agents, etc.. to learn and expand in new field!
