Fix & Flip opportunity.

Having said that my allocation is flipping quickly. 

You almost have to treat it like a flip, before selling it to get top dollar.

Both screen doors upstairs do not function correctly.Plumbing problems-The garbage disposal in the kitchen was not cleaned, is smelly and the rubber is flipped outwards.The bathroom sink in the smaller bedroom does not drain correctly despite us using an entire bottle of drain cleaner on it.Common areas that are not kept clean or have garbage-There was no attempt to clear the patio of years of accumulated debris and filth.

There is more, but let's focus on doing things legally and properly instead..There is a flip side to SubTo, where it works and why.

I am considering buy a home to flip.

I'm not familiar with your market, but here are some thoughts:750 Sq ft is small for a 3/1.Interior looks like a flip but it seems like it has been owned by the sellers for a long time...so maybe not.They have been trying to sell this property for 6 months and have reduced price.

If you are looking to pull out equity on your home to start to do some fix&flips(great idea) then it would all depend on how much equity there is in you home and your current income(SSI,retirement etc).
