People need to quit chasing the quick buck with a promise of fast wealth.

@Allen Masry to echo everyone’s sentiments here, be patient, educate yourself because as quick as that money comes, it could go away just as quick if you make hasty decisions, especially on people giving advice on Internet forums like these.That being said, settlements take much longer to come in than you might think.  

I am 70% thru the materials and will likely go back and do a quick review of all materials before siting for the exam.

I did a quick search and all I found was issues with landlords not turning on the heat or keeping it too low when its included in the rent.

All thoughts, critique, and stories are welcomed and encouraged!!!

A prudent investor doesn't seek quick riches through shortcuts.

These companies don't want people to buy the vehicle just to resell it and make a quick buck, so they don't allow transfers right away.

Quick Question to the group:lets say you have a LLC which owns properties - call it Property LLC. 

That seminar is also informative - I learned a lot - but you will quickly realize it is actually a funnel for the speaker to entice you to join "the club"... whatever each of them will call it...
