Midtown, Downtown, Buckhead, and surrounding areas like Chamblee and Brookhaven have exploded in the last decade. 

Oakland is another story Not sure you can compare to Sf the crime there is pretty nasty I used to work in downtown Oakland and it was fine in the 80s  Now I wont even go there..

A house was just listed this morning for $650,000 that is livable, needs significant cosmetic updates – it looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90’s, does not look like it needs many, if any, structural updates, and is directly in the Salem downtown area.

Indianapolis hosts a lot of events so people travel into town for all sorts of conventions.MTR market is also strong as we have a lot of hospitals downtown as well as traveling professionals who need furnished housing. 

I think new hospital is being built near downtown Indy.- Landlord friendly compared to West Coast states- I'm heavily biased towards Hamilton County.
