We did 7 successful flips in 2020 and have another 14 underway... we put our first one under contract in January and the rest downhill from there.

They go through reps like candy though, it’s clearly a crappy place to work, and it appears to have gone significantly downhill since we used them.

This approach is the snowball rolling down hill for your portfolio.But like you said it is much more labor intensive than a MF investment.
