Our tax burden is close to $50/$1000.So to get even we sold it to a Veteran who gets a significant tax break & if they are classified with a disability the tax break is higher again :)We are in the process of selling another we bought (to yet another Vet).

I suppose you could have a county agency or state lease, but look to the non-profits that provide specific services for the disabled (if that's even politically correct now).

Based on what his post said, I am assuming (and I know what it means to assume but I'm doing it anyway :)) that special needs would be considered disabled making them a protected class.
