As long as you're getting paid you cannot dictate when she can or cannot enter, whether she lives there or not you're getting your money.

HUD is a centralized system, they dictate the information to be taught.         

That would be a big dictator of your closing costs as several of the factors are based upon closed price.

Now obviously in the real world actual policy and political winds will dictate how this all actually plays out and I have no idea but the basic idea should be that more people= more labor= more homes being built affordability.  

That's going to dictate who you might market to and what the pricing should be.

Hi Dina,I have some thoughts on this, first like already said your PM shouldn't dictate how many days you can use the property you own, that's something you should tell them.Next while I don't have any experience in STRs but have general real estate experience in investing and owning homes that I have lived in. 

But, life seems to go on for them...On a slightly different note, I think the nature of your investments may dictate how you structure yourself. 

So your market will dictate whether you need one to just compete or whether one will bring you more revenue.Argument #1  Sustained maintenance doesn't kick in the first few years when everything is new.
