Me and my wife (Kami) both work for American Airlines in Tempe as Analysts and we have 2 beautiful daughters!

I have a 12-year-old daughter.

In the meantime, my long-time girlfriend Cara, my daughter Laylah and I  moved into a rental house together in Cherry Hill, NJ, on September 1st with a solid 2-year plan. 

If they are I proceed forward and do a better repair estimate if not more than likely I would just be wasting my time and with my current projects and 7 month daughter time is fleeting and precious.

My daughters school has towers in the class room.

The lease agreement includes mom and one kid, the daughter just moved back from college and now the son is using basement living area as a bedroom.

The purpose of the Quit Claim deeds is to totally isolate the "company" assets for liability reasons, also so that the "company" is something I can sell one day to another investor, or give to my daughter by making her a member.

Later that year they divorced and unbeknownst to him his now ex-wife forged his signature and quit claim the deed to herself while he was away helping his sick daughter in another state..

My daughter is going away to college next fall.
