Based on the fact that a majority of the folks who contact you (no matter what online source you use) have not read the entire post you've developed, I always thank them for answering and ask them if they meet the criteria as listed in the ad (income at least 3 times the rent, no previous history of dispossessory filings or evictions, good previous rental history (if appropriate), blah blah blah".It's typically "crickets" for most of these folks.For those who respond that yes the meet the criteria it's a personal phone call to discuss the requirements further, get an idea of the timeline for moving, allow them to ask questions and, for some, set up an appointment time where they can view the property.Many who respond initially say they want to view the property.

Crickets all day on the 7th. 

Obviously everyone that calls wouldn't be a fit, but if your phone is ringing nonstop, or it's crickets, you know you're too far one way or the other as well.

I find it kind of amusing when wholesalers want 2500 dollar non refundable deposits.. but when you ask them for the same its crickets i had a guy yesterday back and forth for a Baltimore asset when i said send a POF that was the last i heard from him. 

I agree with the inspector statements, I've had some that bring me a code check book, I was laughing, and I talk commercial code, I get crickets.

I have 2 friends doing it, and once their current renter groups end, it’s crickets big time, wrt attracting new students, inters, etc.

I'm sure it's not as terrible as it sounds but...Man, this one ended up with Crickets...
